Dick motions to send donation $100.00 checks to Santa Fund and Food Pantry.

6. County News Phil wants to purchase 25 maps from Fremont to sell this year.

7. Trail Report Summer grant is done. Winter grant to come.
Jim to organize a CPR/First Aid class from Ed Gannon.
It is 4 hours and held at East Derry Fire Station. Cost is $4.00.
Tom motions club to pay fee for class. Seconded and passes.
Jim motions to pay repair bill of $73.00. Tom seconds. All vote passes.

7. Activity - Holiday Parade Jim motions $200.00 for parade supplies.

Safety Course Derry Rec. has filled all 50 spots and has a
waiting list.
Instructor meeting at Brunos on Weds. 7pm
8. Trail Report Work day on Saturday 8am at Depot.
Biery is grading Weber.
Work on groomer to start.

Instructors.

We have 22 memberships and 42 members.
Trail News -1st Trail Day October 15th. 8am at Ryans Hill parking lot. We
will
put fence in at parking lot and trail work.
Drag repair for Tim Regan.
Trail masters meeting Dick, Ron, Rich, Jim, and Mike Young to go
November 12th waiting for paperwork.
By-Law committee has not met.
County News Meeting is here Oct.24th Monday at 7:30pm. Please bring a dessert.
Flea market meeting is at 6:30pm
Epping club is gone. Newmarket & Exeter will take over trails.
Fremont Station sold 75 maps at Grass Drags.

Holiday Parade looking for volunteer to run the event. Call Clarke.
Flea Market Phil went over list. Advertising, shopping, food tickets for

Merchandise report Jim will be putting in an order on Friday.
We will replenish our inventory.

Derryfest Phil to run. Has equipment list. Sign-up sheet.
We will sell membership, maps, merchandise, and raffle tickets.
Grass Drags Phil volunteered to sell maps and memberships at the Fremont
Station booth. Asking for volunteers to help. Has sign-up sheet.
Raffle tickets are here. Same as last year. New prizes.

Presidents Meeting Phil and Rich P. to attend. Offers others to go.
1st Trail Day October 15th. 8am at Windham Depot.
Fremont Station would like to sell clothing, merchandise at our Flea Market.
They have a lot of merchandise that was donated to them.
Rich motions to let them have a spot at Flea Market at no charge.

Jim talks about Annual Meeting. All was well. No races to vote.
He brought us our 40th year certificate and Sno-traveler award.
He gave them both to Sue for scrapbook.
Tom gave a wrap up report from BOD meeting. He also explained our new
protocol for donations.

Treasurers Report and Annual accountings were passed at our BOD meeting.

March 8th minutes were voted and passed.
Guest Paul Dionne from Derry Conservation. Paul talked about their Land
Steward
Program. Dennis Wiley is our Conservation
connection for Webber Forest.
There are two forms to fill out over the year.
There will be another map & compass
workshop on May 9th. Some questions got answered.
Asked him about written
permission for Jackman Ridge. He will get back to
us.
Secretary Report Gave membership report for the year.
We have 7 delegates for the Annual Meeting. We
have Jim & Kathy, Dick, Tom,
Sue Newton & Rich Linardy. We need one more
delegate and alternates.
