Allowed 7 delegates
Motion made and seconded to pay for lunches at the annual meeting.
Must reply by April 30, 2008 for those that attend up to 7 people.
Received letter from Southeast Land Trust for donation in the name
of Wally Schultz for $100.00.
Discussion regarding purchase of trailer. Phil Bruno & Dick Bonner
will go to pick up the trailer.
Breakfast Top of the Hill for April 13 at 8:30 am. Check the website
for details.
Elections nominees were accepted and elected.

Discussion on Rail Trail Decision was made to wait for them to contact us if
they would like any assistance.
Motion passes to purchase 10 Manarchs tickets to benefit Easter Seals Camp-Sno-Mo.
Dick Bonner motions to send a donation to Southeast Land Trust in memory of
Wally Schultz. Jim Degnan motions $100.00 - seconded and passes.
Jim Degnan reports that the Conservation Commission (Paul Dionne) will contact
the Town Council to approve permission to ride on Jackman Rd. and Morrison Rd.
End of the Year Breakfast is scheduled for April 13th. Rick to check out the
restaurant.

Rail Trail Public Hearing on Feb.19th at

Derry Municipal Bldg.
Discussion on changing the speed limit on the Rail Trail (the
Town
Council can change that)
Discussion about others to learn grant/aid
procedures from Dick

Plaque for Wally
Schultz was presented to him by Dick Bonner and Carol Higgins.
Frost Festival went
very well. We received a lot of compliments. Discussion led to
guided tours and ride/shuttle to Alexander Carr
for next year.
Plan B for club
ride on the 16th. We may have to trailer sleds north if local
conditions
are not good. (Check website on Friday night.)
Nominating
committee formed. Consists of Jim Degnan, Phil Bruno & Dick Bonner.
Nominations for 08/09 officers will be
announced at the
March 11th meeting. Voting takes place
at the last meeting of the
year (which will be in April)

January 8, 2008

Memberships- approx. 200 with another 100 to process
B & H Oil wants to be agent for Pathfinders

Trailmaster Report Grooming & plowing is continuing.

Windham Depot parking lot continues to be a problem

Windham Rail Trail -
If federal monies were used to purchase railbed, ATVs
cannot ride on them.
Plaque for Wally Schultz will be ready for Friday. Several
members to go with Dick to present it.
President Report Several e-mails came in from new members wanting trail maps.
Dick has one to put on website.
Hardys Go Gas will have bucket for donations to groomer.

Frost Festival will give rides at Hoodcroft again this year
Sunday 2-10-08 from 12-4:00 Please bring extra helmets.
Easter Seals motion accepted & passes to donate $250.00
Special Olympics motion accepted & passes to donate $500.00
Ride-In drawing for 2-day free room was won by Rick Cragin
Rich Provencal has purchased a 50 gallon drum with electric pump
to fuel the groomer. Motion accepted & passes to reimburse
him $300.00
Thanks to Rick LaRoche for grooming the trail for Timberwolves
County Meeting at
Freemont Station on 1-21-08. Possible sled ride to meeting if trail
conditions allow. Watch website for info
Club Ride Italian Buffet on 1-26-08 Trailer sleds to Andover. Trail ride in
afternoon
Dinner at 5:00
Club Ride tentative for 2-16-08. Will meet 8 am Ryans Hill lot. Will depart at
9 am and
return about 2:00pm

Bridge & Road work Update Bridge completed 11/17/07.
Thanks to All Excellent job.
Safety Course Update All went well. We had 16 students.
Thanks to Derry Rec. Dept., Sue Rugg, and Jason Keene,
Dick Bonner, Carol Higgins, and Phil Bruno
Would like to have at Alexander Carr next year.
Trailmasters Meeting Jim Degnan and Ron Preble are now groomer operator
trainees.
Rich Provencal & Rick LaRoche also attended workshops.
Groomer Parts are in, just waiting.
Conservation Commission Commission very happy with new bridge.
Confirmed - No ATVs allowed on any conservation properties.
Informed them of town website. They will check it.
C.C. proposed opening up a trail section to snowmobiles Jackman Rd.
To be brought to Town Council for approval.
Town would like us to groom Broadview Farm for cross
country skiers and snowshoers. Jim Degnan to follow up.
Derry Rec Dept. Want us to groom part of the bike pathway for Derry
Timberwolves
Special Olympics. Rick LaRoche to follow up.
Want us to donate to Special Olympics. No motion made.
(Will be brought up again at next meeting)
Santa Fund Motion passes to donate $100.00
Trailer Can get 6 x12 for $2700.00 new.
Need place to keep it. Will store all club belongings.

10/9/07
Attendance-9
Derry Pathfinders will host the County Meeting at Alexander Carr on 10/22/07
at 7:30. We would like many in attendance if possible. We will have
coffee and desserts.
Treasurers Report Read & Accepted
Membership Sue Bruno is our new membership person.
She is updated and has brought the forms to Bensons.
Website Several concerns over updating our website.
2 volunteers willing to take over the task.
Sue Bruno will discuss options with Cheryl Bernier.
NHSA would like each club to purchase 10 tickets for the Monarchs game on 10/27.
Benefits Camp Sno-Mo Easter Seals. Motioned and seconded for us to
purchase 10 tickets and make them available to the club members on our
website. First come first serve. Can purchase more for $11.00 each.
New Business- Jim proposes stipend for membership person. Brief conversation
about setting a precedent. Lets keep volunteerism !!
Holiday Parade- (Nov. 24) Mike is looking for volunteers to help decorate the
float.
Dick Bonner motions $100.00 to pay for any dιcor. Carol Higgins
seconds passes. Please contact Mike at 965-8682. We also need
people to walk in the parade with our float. Sign up.
Plowing We have purchased an old plow truck to do the parking lot on 28.
Now we are not dependant on volunteers with plow trucks. We will not
be registering it for the road. Anyone who would like to help can sign up
with Dick Bonner at 432-9845.
Bridge Construction Jim has scheduled 2 weekends 11/10-11 and 11/17-18.

Flea Market Nov. 3 Once again, we need lots of volunteers. Carol, Sue, and Sue
volunteered to shop at B.J.s on Thursday 11/1. Will find all equipment needed.
The guys to charge up their radios for parking. We need help with cooking and
refreshments. We have a Membership/Raffle table. Come and help support our
club. We always have a fun day !!!
Pot Luck Dinner/ Nov. Meeting - Nov. 10 Saturday 6:00 at Alexander Carr. Bring
your
favorite dinner dish!! We will cook-out any hot dogs or hamburgers left from
the flea market. We will have Prizes !!!!
Safety Course Dec. 1- Sign up at the Derry
Police Dept. Must be 12 years old.
Raffle tickets still available.
