Presidents Welcome
Announces new BOD Mark Haywood. Voted in by BOD to finish Karen Shea’s term.
This is a one year term.
Annual Meeting – Dick Bonner and Tom Campbell volunteered. We have one more
seat to fill. Clarke motions to give $50.00 per
delegate to represent our club at the
meeting. This can cover gas/food costs. Ron seconds.
Passes.
Fischer Cats tickets are for Aug. 7, 2010. Tom motions to purchase 10 tickets to
make available to Timberwolves. Second and passes. Sue
to call Eric B.
Letter to Rail Trail was read. CC. copies to be sent to Town Council and NH BOT.
All in agreement.
Breakfast to be held at the Lakeside Rest. In Kingston. Put on website with
price
and RSVP. Sue to call in reservation.
Dick talked about moving groomer and the work to be done on it. State continues
to give
us permission to keep at Windham Depot. Needs a new
track. Very expensive. Will
check on refurbishing grant. Explore possibilities for
indoor/ outdoor storage of
groomer and plow truck.
Sue asked about Sno-traveler contest for article writing for the club. Instead
we got
6 volunteers to write each issue. Thank you to Clark,
Dick, Ron, Jim, Phil, and Tom.
Sue to inform them of due dates and email address to
submit.
Kathy to continue with memberships for next year!!! A million Thank you’s from
Sue.
Neil motions to approve minutes from 3-9-10. seconded and passes.
Elections held. Motion for secretary to cast ballot for nominated positions. All
vote.
Sue casts ballot. Accepted and passes.

3-year BOD – Rich Provencal
Dick motions for all eligible members for the Room Drawing to receive
complimentary
memberships for next year, not to include winners of the rooms. Seconded and
passes
