He explained CO was new and it would not happen again.

Freemont Open House Jan. 16 (10-2) We will have a raffle table for Paige
Northwood Club Ride Jan. 30 leave Ryans Hill parking lot at 8 am
It is a 4-5 hour ride. Radar run. Dinner dance.
Some can return home late others to do overnight.
Frost Festival Feb.14 (12-4)
Bring table, donation bucket, helmets, hold tights,
etc.
Plow schedule- went over volunteers and dates
Trail Committee Brief conversation about a new committee
Administrator vs. Master etc.
Received 100% of our summer grant money.

instructors
New sign-ups for instructors Kathy Messana, Sue Bruno,
Neil and Diane Croteau.
Tom has the tapes to return to Fish and Game
Sue to send in paperwork.

Parade- Thank you again. All went well. Crowd
cheered us.
Trail issues or complaints must follow chain of
command. Trail Administrator, President of club,
VP of club, then BOT
Tell ER you have been injured doing volunteer
work for a non-profit. NHSA will handle the claim.
Freemont Meeting 4 clubs belong. We should be
more active. Need a Liaison.
Heat Donation - $100.00 (Ron Preble to bring check)
Open House Donation $50.00 (Ron to bring check) Jan. 16th
County Maps Kathy motions to purchase 20 maps at $8.00 each
when ready. Passes.

TA-Dick will have groomer done in a week or so.
Plow truck also next week.
Handed out volunteer schedules for both grooming
and plowing.

Approved minutes from October 13, 2009
Trail masters Meeting No members to go this year.
We need to donate to the heat at Freemont Station this year.
Treasurers report accepted.
Holiday Parade - talked over ideas. Will try to get military men to walk with
us.
Will use Phils trailer. Sled and sleigh full of gifts. Red, white and blue.
Stars. Support our troops.
Tom motions $150.00 for parade float. Neil seconds. Passes.
Safety course. Have 10 volunteers/ instructors. Received paperwork from Fish and
Game.
Conservation Officer to come at 10:00 and paramedics at 1:30.
Jim to bring his sled. Will bring snacks & drinks.
Dick reports we have completed trail work. Bowers to Windham Depot to Rte. 28.
Grading, brush hog, and tree trimming.
We will help the town put up signs from Kendall Pond to Windham Depot.
We have replaced the tools that were stolen from the groomer.
Next month we will have the plowing and grooming schedule.
Our next meeting is December 8th. We will meet at 7:00
Linda & Dick will run the yankee swap.
Bring a gift if you would like to participate. $15.00 limit.
Bring a desert to share and most importantly
Bring canned goods for the Food Pantry.

We had a sign-up sheet for Holiday Parade with 10 volunteers. Phil will pull
4-place trailer with his truck. Theme- Star-Spangled Holiday. Need ideas for
decoration.
Vote to skip Monarchs Night as it falls on our flea market date.
County meeting is on Oct. 26th . Sign-up sheet for desserts. We will meet one
hour earlier to finalize flea market schedule.
Trailmasters Meeting asked who would like to go.
Karen Shea is our new Chairperson for BOD meetings. Vote to cancel Nov. 5th
meeting passes.
Jim talked about merchandise. Vote to order 6 baseball caps, and 6 stocking
caps. He also has an order for sweatshirts, ect. Will bring to Flea Market.
Jim talked about Welch Raffle. Tickets, Prizes, Time-Line, ect. Will bring to
Flea Market.
Reimbursement to Jim Degnan for lunch on trail Day $18.96 passes
Work Day on Sat. Oct. 31srt meet at Windham Depot at 1:00 to finish Derry Rec
Trail to Bowers Rd.
Dick reported break in to toolbox on groomer. Chainsaw and tools were stolen.
Dick to replace up to $500.00 passes.

Brush Hog done Bowers Rd. to Windham Depot to Rte. 28 (Over the Rainbow)
Bulldoze Depot to Rte. 28, fill in ditch line at trailer park to be done

Weber Forest Trail Work Day sign-up to work with Conservation Commission on
Sept. 12 at 9am.
Kathy Messana is our new Membership Director. Please sign up with her for club
membership.
Presidents Meeting is Sept. 15th. Phil asked if anyone had any questions or
concerns they
would like him to bring up. Invited anyone to come with him.
Flea Market conversation about ways to advertise online for free. Craigslist,
C17, Derry Community
News, Flyers. Jim Degnan to check slednh for ad. He thinks it is $100.00. Voted
to
have meeting 1 hour prior to County meeting on Oct. 26th for flea market.
Merchandise- Jim Degnan spoke with vendor. Got prices for regular clothing we
have gotten in past.
Also, for $150.00 he wil digitilize our logo. This allows for embroidery on
other clothing
or hats. Will get example of available hats and prices.
Jim motions to spend $150.00 for digitilazation. Tom Campbell seconds. Passes.
Notes from County - Crossings at state roads will now be clubs responsibility to
repair, not DOT
Work being done on state map and county map.
Presidents meeting any issues for me to bring up?
New Trail Pawtuckaway - Will announce open house.
Tim Acerno exhaust test will be on trails this year.

Ride-In Room Raffle Sue went over the rules. We will add a keynote:
Lodging will be paid to winner on any other weekend if they cannot
Attend the Ride-In.
Would like to keep meeting to one hour so we can have ½ hour to socialize
and have refreshments.
Treasurer - $20,001.69 accepted and passes.
Jim talked briefly about Countys plan to hold a fundraiser for Clarke Welchs
family.
Tom motions $250.00 donation to Paige Welch. Jim seconds. Passes.
Also to put information for donations on website.
Trail Administrator Dick has trail work planned. Use of a Brush-Hog from the
Depot to 28, ect.
Need to replace gate at Webber Forest. Town has a gate to install.
Hospital parking lot is set for Flea Market. Flyers will be made.
One hour meeting plan worked.
Adjourn with ½ hour to socialize.
